How I Work
Step One: For coaching and mentoring to succeed, it is important to make sure that we can work well together. So the first step is a no-obligation introductory call for you to find out more about what I offer and how I work and for me to gain an understanding of how I can help you.
Step Two: Once we've agreed to work together, we will sign a contract detailing the number, length and frequency of coaching sessions.
Step Three: Using a blend of coaching and mentoring, I will work with you to determine your goals and help you to achieve them. My style is relaxed and informal, using a mix of questioning, challenge and suggestion to enable and empower you.
Sessions are usually held remotely by phone or Zoom, although I'm happy to visit your office or meet elsewhere, if preferred.
As a fully qualified and accredited senior practitioner, I comply with the EMCC internationally recognised code of ethics in delivering a professional coaching experience.
